If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our streamlined process ensures a quick resolution for replacements or refunds.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account or contact our support team with your order number and serial number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Secure Packaging

  Place the electronic components back into their original protective internal packaging and outer box to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Shipping and Labeling

  Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Our technicians will inspect the hardware for integrity, and once approved, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
